GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the website operated by P&N Srl, with registered office at Via Delle Erbe 7, 33100 Udine (UD), Italy, VAT No. IT02730340300.
Sales are governed by these general terms and conditions in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly the Italian Civil Code, Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 70/03, and with regard to privacy protection, Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Customer must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing any order.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale contract is considered concluded when P&N Srl accepts the purchase order submitted by the Customer via the website. Once accepted, the transaction is finalized.
By submitting an order online, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these general terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them in dealings with P&N Srl.
All communications will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer agrees to carefully read and accept the general terms and conditions before confirming the order.
After completing the online purchase, the Customer is required to save or print a copy of these terms, which were viewed and accepted during the order process.
ORDER DEFINITION
By submitting an order online, the Customer sends P&N Srl a purchase proposal for the products added to the cart, at the prices and under the conditions specified on the relevant product pages.
Upon receiving the order, P&N Srl will send an order confirmation email summarizing the purchase terms.
For payments made by bank transfer, the order will only be considered valid upon receipt of payment in the company's bank account.
PURCHASE METHOD
Products are purchased as described in the online product pages, at the indicated prices (expressed in euros, VAT included).
Before confirming the order, a summary of the total cost will be shown, including the unit price of each selected product.
P&N Srl will confirm the order within 24/48 hours of payment, subject to product availability.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer may choose from the following payment options:

Credit card / PayPal: via secure payment systems as shown on the website.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
P&N Srl delivers products in Italy and abroad via express courier. Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours from confirmation.
Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process. Any specific delivery needs must be communicated in advance.
The Customer will receive a tracking link via email and can follow the shipment status directly through the courier’s platform.
In the case of non-delivery due to recipient absence, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to P&N Srl.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check that the package is intact and undamaged before signing the receipt. If the parcel appears damaged, the Customer must reject it or sign with reservation.
If the product is damaged or broken upon arrival, P&N Srl commits to replacing it at its own expense, provided the damage was reported in the courier’s presence or the receipt was signed with reservation.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipments outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who must pay any amounts due to the courier or local authorities.
To ensure customs clearance, the Customer must provide any necessary information and pay applicable fees. If customs clearance is not completed, the package will be returned to the sender.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of an exchange, the new shipment may also be subject to customs charges.
CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
The delivered products comply with the descriptions and specifications provided on the website.
Products purchased are covered by the legal warranty pursuant to Article 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code. Customers must report defects within 8 days of discovery. For consumers, defects occurring within 2 years of delivery are covered, and complaints must be made within 2 months from the date of discovery. The warranty is therefore valid for 26 months from delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
This right is reserved for individual consumers acting outside of any business or professional activity.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send written notice via registered mail with return receipt or via email to:

The notice must include: full name, address, order number, IBAN for refund, and the product(s) for which the withdrawal is being exercised.
Returned products must be intact, with original packaging and accessories. The right of withdrawal is void in cases where:

The original packaging is missing;

Product parts are missing;

The product is damaged due to reasons other than transport.
In such cases, P&N Srl will return the goods to the sender at their expense.
DAMAGED GOODS REPLACEMENT
If the product arrives damaged or broken, P&N Srl will replace it at no additional cost, only if the damage is reported in the courier’s presence or clearly indicated on the delivery document as “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION.”
